Processing time
Printed packets are typically printed, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates begin after your order ships.
Order tracking
When available, we will email you tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear. Shipping address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping charges.
Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access details are provided after checkout and/or by email.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@harnerlegalforms.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Returned packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend it after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
