We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
Digital downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately, we do not accept “returns” of digital files. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies. If you request a refund within 30 days, we will process it.
Printed forms shipped to you
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to printed packets as well. You do not need to return the packet to receive a refund unless we specifically request a return for quality-control purposes. If a return is requested, we’ll provide return instructions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your printed packet arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or both. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include a photo of the issue if you can.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@harnerlegalforms.com with:
- your name
- order number
- the product(s) purchased
You do not need to explain the reason for your refund request.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, but your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Digital downloads are delivered immediately and cannot be “canceled” once delivered, but the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies. For printed packets, if you contact us before the order ships, we can usually cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you can still request a refund under the guarantee.
